Emoji Overlay

Let's have a feature where we can detach the emoji panel and have it float over the chat window for quicker access. You can detach and move it anywhere. It will allow anyone to slap an emoji right after hitting the enter key to send a message so we get a jumbo emoji underneath a message. Thanks💖
