add playgrounds like mayhem

They should add a playground system like Mayhem's since this application will close in February 2021, and it would be a very good idea so that tournaments can be easily created on discord's servers and points can be counted. It makes me a very good idea and it would bring more active users to Discord and the community itself can create their tournaments and keep track of the points in addition to that these tournaments can be added priezepool or they can be normal bullfights.
