Different 'ping' badge counters for actual pings and replies

The counters for pings that were made by doing @Username and by replying to another's message should be different. This would help, for example, moderators if people ping them when someone is breaking the rules. It helps to sort out which pings are rule-breaking and which are just conversations you were having.
