How would i make a sort of voice chat office?

So i want to make a sort of office, where i can pull in a member if i need to talk with them privately, but i dont have to friend them and call them. i dont want it to be open either, i want it to be invisible unless i want to pull someone in, then they would see it. it would be very annoying to go into the permissions options and allow that particular member to see it, then take them off the list when im done. is there anyway i can make a vc that does this?

    You want a temporary voice channel in which you can drag someone on a server for a short conversation, which will be deleted after the conversation?
