Nitro Boost Policy

I had signed up for nitro and got 2 boosts with this purchase. I used one of those boosts to boost the original WallStreetBets server. It crashed and was removed from the system. Because of this my Nitro clicked over to a 7 days cool down before I could use it again. Meanwhile, you fix the technical error on your end and leave me with a nitro I can't use because of a technical issue on your end. I would understand the lack of use if I had been booted from the server, however in this case the server ceased to exist. I contacted support and they said there is nothing that they can do (Request number: 11328874). When I wanted to elevate this because this seems like a hole in your business model they told me to leave a post here.
