I'm getting harassed on discord, and I can't do anything.

About a year back a friend of mine invited me into a discord with some of his friends. I joined and ended up becoming close with alot of his friends. But, there was one guy who had and still has the sole purpose in life to make my day miserable. This person, (not his real name but we'll call him Jake), even has a saying known among his friends: "Bullying RodBreaker is a passion." I've forgiven Jake many times, as I don't like to talk back to people and I try not to hurt anyone's feelings. But even so, he still continues to bully me. He talks about my depression, my suicidal father, and IRL problems that he's heard I've had. I've blocked him, but he happens to be admin on the server that my friends are on, and every time I join the call that they are all in, Jake server mutes me, server deafens me, and disconnects me. I've told the owner of the server to remove his perms so I don't have to deal with this anymore, but he refuses to do so, as he thinks it's funny. Jake has sent multiple disturbing messages, images, gifs, and videos to me, all with the purpose of making me feel worse than I already do. What can I do to avoid this menace of a person?
