  If it’s a glitch and no one has claimed it, then it might be because you already have a different type of nitro. There are two types: Classic and Nitro. They can’t stack when you purchase them, meaning if you purchased 1 month of Classic then you will have to wait until that subscription expire to purchase Nitro, even if you cancel the subscription.
