My Account Was TOS Disabled

Hey there, my name on Discord is Nyx#0005 I have tried contacting Discord multiple times only to be replied to with Bots and no humans and I am worried. My account is fairly new and I use Discord to communicate with my friends and to run my Avatar Creation Server for VRChat! I paid for one year of Discord Nitro and that was less than one month ago, so currently I haven't gotten my moneys worth of what I paid for. My Account was disabled and I recieved an EMail stating that I had violated TOS by joining Servers too quickly and Discord assumed that I was a Bot but I wasn't. I am currently trying to get my account reinstated before it's deleted forever but Discord automated reply EMails are telling me the same thing over and over that my account will not be reinstated. I am extrmemely worried and don't know what to do, I don't want to lose $100 due to something as small as this ans I don't want to lose my account. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?
