Hacked? Account deleted?

I closed my Discord app earlier today, and when I opened it back up, it took me to the Register/log in screen. I used my login and password, filled out the “I’m not a bot” section, but it said my email didn’t exist. I tried it several times before entering that same info into the Register section, and it made a whole new account. I feel like someone may have deleted my account somehow, or hacked it. I’m stressing out about it, so please help.
