Disable image compression for avatars

Profile pictures honestly look like shit due to the heavy compression. When you upload it before saving it the image looks crisp but after saving your changes the image looks all pixelated and shitty. Whether it's a nitro exclusive feature or not please give an option to allow uncompressed/minimally compressed profile pics
