Feature Request: Integrate Twitch Chat

I frequently throw Twitch up on my TV and keep chat open on my computer.  I would love if you could associate Twitch accounts with servers (like you can for emotes) and create a channel that simply links to the stream's chat, and allow viewers to link their Twitch account to their Discord account (like you can for emotes 😉) in order to chat.  The fewer browser windows I have opened at once, the better my slow work computer runs (hence throwing the stream up on my TV).

I wouldn't need Discord to maintain the history of the chat--that is, no storage on your end aside from the associated Twitch accounts--just load the chat as Twitch does.

For all the brownie points, add FFZ and BTTV plugin support, though the Discord server itself could supply those.
