My friend's nitro account got disabled
Hi there,
I'm writing on behalf of a friend of mine, huge discord fan, who got nitro and was totally happy with it. On the other hand, he has to use Miranda (a third party application) to login as he's blind and such a program provides a very good accessibility for different platforms including of course Discord. Unfortunately, he has just received an email from Discord saying that his account has been disabled as it was in violation of the community standard. He read the email carefully and he's 100% positive that he didn't do any of the things mentioned in the email, therefore we believe that his account has been blocked as it has been wrongly identified as spam due to the way Miranda uses to log in. My friend and I would really appreciate if you could take a look at the issue and come back to us. Do you have an email I can reply to or someone we can contact to solve the issue? In as little as 14 days his account might be deleted, he had 46 friendships and he doesn't really feel like opening a new account nor buying nitro in the future if this issue isn't resolved.
