Random friend request from someone who wants my attention

I got the friend request at 1:13am, and keep in mind, i have my discord dm open to the public, so anyone can message me.

The person's name was Mr. Presidentz, i believe, i do not remember the numbers after the name, unfortunately.

But when i looked to see who sent me the friend request, they changed their name from Mr. Presidentz to "blast i need to talk to you please"

Of course, a random person changing their name to THAT will make you confused, so i went to the "shared servers" and the "shared friends" tab and found that I have no servers in common with this person or friends.

This account must have been an alternative account or newly created account, because they did not have a profile picture, it was the default yellow profile picture.

This happened on the same day where someone used my phone number for their Spectrum Mobile account and i was receiving 2fa codes.

I'm very worried that this is someone who got access to my account, but I would notice things to be different if that actually happened.

I just need to know what is going on.
