Allow us to turn off personal @ pings and reply pings

I do not want to be pinged AT ALL on some servers. Currently I can only turn off role pings and @everyone pings. The server is completely muted as much as possible and yet I still get pinged constantly, either with people relying to me or just doing @name. This is such an easy feature to add, I cannot understand why we aren't able to do this already.

    There are notification settings that turn off sound and desktop notification of you getting pinged or dmed
