No "hide screen share activity" option in privacy settings

When screen sharing, there is no option to hide the screen share activity to other people. This is a privacy concern because what you are sharing appears in the friend activity feed to the right when viewing your friends list. Not even turning off my game activity feed turns off screen sharing.

I'd also imagine people don't want others to stick their nose in their business since the block "feature" is completely obsolete. My friends don't need their privacy to be violated because they are sharing something personal. This would be extremely easy to implement and is greatly needed.
