remember if I was reply without mention

I prefer to reply someone's message without mention him/her because that may make people annoying.

But every time I try to reply, mention option is on. And there is no way to change default value.

Could you add a feature that if I replied without mention, next time I reply, option is off. Or, add default value of that option in settings/text.
