Label Roles Feature

Label roles would be nice. Roles that are just ping able that don't have any other permission. Like having a role for voice. Example @voice and it would ping everyone who has the role but it doesn't have any privileges permissions. How this could be put in is when in the role permission have the option of "Label" Click it on and it removes all but ping able and separate from other roles.
