When a bot's owner gets terminated

If a bot creates a server, the owner of the server(guild) is the bot. But what happens if a bot is an owner of a guild with 100+ members and the owner of the bot(the person is not an owner of the server) gets terminated? (Bots don't change to "Deleted User#0000") Will the server remain?
