DM still possible when you are banned

If you are banned from the server then you cannot DM anyone. It is not possible to say why you were banned or if they misunderstood you and actually banned you for false reasons. You can't say anything to anyone. Make it so that if you are banned, you are still in the server, but no messages are visible on the server. That makes it possible to DM someone.

    If you can't message a server member after you were banned from the server, it's because the server member you are trying to DM has their friends setting on "server members." You won't be able to friend them and message them because you are no longer in the same server as them.
