no response

Hello, it has been about a week since my main account was locked due to a mistake in entering my age. I sent the photo of the ID card and other things to discord support to prove that I am over 13 years old, but I have not received any response until today. I tweeted to Discord, sent the ticket again but nothing happened and I really don't know what to do.
