Replace placeholder of ":')" by :smiling_face_with_tear:

Hi, the current placeholder for ":')" is the :joy: emote. Thus I suggest to replace it by :smiling_face_with_tear: one because I find it much more suitable.

What do you think about it?

  "joy" would be more suited to X'D than :') i think. :') definitely reads a lot more like the smiling_face_with_tear emoji and makes more sense

  ":'D" also maps to ":joy:" and is more appropriate than ":')", so correcting ":')" to ":smiling_face_with_tear:" does not impose losing a quick way to get the ":joy:" smiley.

  "X'D" is currently unbound and seems more appropriate for ":rofl:", but YMMV.
