Disabled account support not responding since 3 days

I bought 20 euros worth of nitro something went wrong i fixed it with my paypal they have the money out of despratness i send another 8 on my normal bank account and i texted them they are not responding i have been using discord for years im stressing out so much i use it daily al my friends and social contacts are there they send me a email if i dont solve this in 2 weeks my account will be perma deleted im legit stressing out so much i dont want my account to be deleted especially after years having so many memories there and pictures etc and also just bought nitro please discord help me im so stressed out all the time i kindly ask for your help i will do anything to make it active again my account i dont know what to do my ticket number is (11919541)
