Increase the maximum number of categories a server can have from 50 to 75+

I've made a bot that creates temporary parties which consist of a temporary category, with a temporary voice and text channel inside that all delete after the voice channel is emptied. Unfortunately, because the category limit is set so low I regularly run into issues. When combined with the already existing categories a typical server may have, the number of parties that can be created before running into capacity issues quite small.

With a server with a wide variety of topics where they may use up much of the 50 category limit, there is very little room.

I believe the limit placed on categories (50 categories per server) is disproportionate to the limit placed on voice and text channels (500 channels per server).
