Secret roles

I wanted to suggest a new feature allowing to create secret roles in servers.

It would be useful for people like me, for example, who makes a Discord server to play board games with friends during COVID-19 because we can't play together at home. I know it would be useful for a lot of other things too.

It could be nice to have a permission allowing to see secrets roles in the server. It could even be better if we could give the permission for a role to see some secret roles, but not all of them by selecting the secret roles we want to be shown to that role in a list.

  And, we should be able to query full lists of holders of non-secret roles using the UI.
