Suggestion: Board Channel / Canvas Channel

Board Channel is a new type of channel, separate from Voice Channels and Text Channels. 

Each Board Channel provides the users that have access it with a drawing canvas of set sizes. What is drawn to the Canvas is visible to everyone with access to this channel. 

In addition, being able to set a background image to this canvas would be helpful for a variable of applications.

Permissions available for the board channel: 
-Being able to see the channel
-Being able to draw on the channel
-Being able to set a background image.
-Being able to clear the board.

The Board Channel, should have a vast number of applications:
 - Online Tutoring: Allows teachers to use the board channel instead of sharing their screen.
 - Collaborative Brainstorming: Allows teams to make quick sketches and help them explain their ideas when working over distance. 
 - Tool for Tabletop: Could be used to draw maps. Possibly a map could be added as a background image to the canvas, allowing users to take notes on it and mark key positions on it.
