Reply Feature Suggestions

I got some suggestions for the new reply feature..

1. Add the possibility to reply when you double-tap a message from mobile would be faster and useful.

2. Add the possibility to reply using CTRL+UPARROW from Keybloard (pc) and make it navigate in messages using UPARROW/DOWNARROW when still pressing CTRL, that's a feature that Telegram Desktop already has but I would say it's just faster and it would be really cool if added on Discord too.

3. Reply to multiple messages/users
