Mic cant be used

i dont know its only me or someone else also got this at first testing still work, after i joined the room chat the mic cant be used anymore and when i back to setting to test it wont work anymore 
im using kraken TE and when i try to use sidetone on synapse 3 the mic still work which mean it isnt the connection, i tried reinstall the driver its work once and after that the same problem also come back

  i have the same problem. my mic works on skype but not discord.
