Raid-style multi-party voice chat

For example, you have 5 separate parties. Each party should have a separate voice channel so they can talk between themselves. Then there can be a special push-to-talk button for everyone in those 5 parties to hear within those 5 voice channels.

This will help a lot in raids, and honestly, it'll just make Discord all the more shiny to gamers. Push to talk priority button is a good start, but it's not enough.

i was thinking of sub-rooms, the people in higher rooms would be heard by those under them an one room above. like a military platoon, you have one or 2 people at the top then 4 squad leaders who each have 3 fireteam leaders below them who then have 3-6 people in their squad. make it customizable for individual needs.

Just recently heard this function is in another voice program for gamers.

We used to use discord + another program to implement this raid style system, but it's too much of a hassle. Why can't this option that existed on an old voice software be implemented for discord already? It's the voice chat for gamers..
