Channel-Specific Phone Verification

I'm an admin in a large cryptocurrency Discord of the company Rarible, a platform that allows it's users to sell tokenized art. we currently have ~15,000 members.

While we don't want to lock down the entire server with phone verification as many of the userbase loves the security and anonymity of the blcokchain, certain channels could benifit from channel-specific phone verification. For example:

A large problem on the site is Wash Trading. People make multiple cryptocurrency wallets, and buya nd sell the same art piece between accounts in order to gain a reward (the higher amount you do in volume, the larger % of rewards you get from a  set pool). We have a channel to report people like this, however there are people submitting mass false reports to try and hide their own actions. While we ban these users, they find ways around it by using a VPN and TOR to create a new discord account and continue. 

Having Channel-Sepcific Phone Verification can lock down this channel from specific users from creating multiple accounts and spamming the channel, while allowing the rest of our members to continue enjoying the anonymity they use the blockchan in the first place for.

I'm sure other server owners also have a need for this.
