Show when someone reads a text.

For dm chat I would love if you could see when the other person see's the text. for group chats and servers maybe have a keybind to show who has seen it. the keybind should be toggle to work. If you do not want the other person to know you saw it maybe make a command or another keybind so it un sees. For the feature to work better maybe the person has to see it for 20 secs before showing they saw it so you have the time to do the command or press the keybind! If this is added I would be very happy and it would improve discord a lot!

  Read receipts make me so anxious. I have them turned off on every app possible. If this feature is added, please make it optional.
