increase DM group call limit

Increase the DM call limit to like 20 cuz servers are pretty bad for medium size groups.

  That doesnt even make sense ? 
  
  just create your own Discord Server for those 20 People ? 
  its not too hard - and then you do have full control on what to do

  definitely better than a 20 man Group DM 
  
  (i personally think Group DMs are quite unnecessary , because some people tend to just keep opening new group dms for the same people , because they dont realize they can reuse the old group)
