My account got falsely disabled

So i was just playing roblox like any other day, then out of nowhere i started getting spammed, i check discord and im in a server i didnt join, so i left(guess a bot with permission joined). Next thing i know my account has been disabled for spam, i didnt do anything bad and it wasnt my fault so i hope i can get it back somehow. Ive sent email to suppor and im waiting for a reply. my username was FormiZ#0237 and email is craftinzebra@gmail.com. If anyone here knows how to get it back please help me.

    Also im just scared rn cuz i spent few years on that account and i have lo of stuff that i dont want to loose.

    the same exact thing happened to me and the discord bot auto responder for your emails just say the same thing over and over again without looking at the message nor anyone else's

    You need to click “Submit a request” to open a support ticket. This is the community feedback forum.

    If you found yourself in a server you never joined, your computer has a virus, though,

    so you need to uninstall your hacks (or, better, factory-reset your computer) before contacting support.

    (When you do, you should choose “Help & Support” category and “Hacked Account” topic.)
