Banned

I own a server, and i tried to invite one of my friend. But when he tried to join the server via invite, it told him that he is banned from the server. But the problem is, that he is not. Any help? when i checked banned users, noone is there.

  Hey there! 

  So did you check the audit log and checked if anyone unbanned that user? If not you can re-ban them if needed. If you need any more help file a support ticket here.

  I ban my sister bcz she was crossing the rules in my server and then i tried giving my friend a link to my server and then she said she cant go in and so i tried joining my server with my other acc to see what's wrong and it wont even let me my other acc get in my server so i thing there is a problem with the arcane bot bcz i use it to ban my sister and i tried unban my sister but it wont work is keep saying Luna#undefined is not currently banned. | pls help me discord i work so hard to let people join my server and now they cant even join my server pls help
