Discord needs a built in trust and safety center/ report feature.
Discord is a MASSIVE community and I don't know why we don't have this yet. Kids aren't going to know how to report someone by copying the ID and all of that complex stuff. A report feature/trust and safety center would be a good idea. You could view the statues on your reports/appeals and also see what action was taken. Also if someone deletes the message you can't see it anymore unless you have better discord so you can't report it.

That does exist on iOS, but I definitely think it should be added everywhere else!

I get where you are coming from, and I wanted to know the same thing when I reported someone, but Discord won’t really give out the actions they took on a user, ofc, for privacy reasons. You can find the status of something you reported by:
- Tapping/clicking your profile icon
- Tapping/clicking “My activities”
And everything should show up there from something you reported! But, things you reported with iOS wont show up there.

@pwris I’m on iOS but don’t see “My activities” in the profile menu.
A problem with the report button on iOS is that tapping it shows the user nothing, so the user does not know what effect that had. A modal message would be useful to tel the user what happened when they clicked Report.
