Allow server owners or admins to view a member’s ban record

Hello,

I’ve thought of this cool idea which would make Discord much better. I would love to see a feature where we could see a member’s ban record. For example; you’ll be able to see if a user got banned from a server, It would show the reason, date, server, and the person who did it. 

I think this would be great for preventing potential planned raids that would potentially happen on your own server. This would also be useful to see if someone is underaged or not. 

For someone to see a users ban record they must either be a server owner or have a role with a new permission called “View Ban Records” or something like that. There would be a new tab inside of server settings for people with the permission to see. Inside of the tab it would look similar to the “Members” tab, but there would be a button next to each user that says “View Ban Record”. This will pop up something that will let you see every single ban from every server they’ve ever been banned from.

    Yeah this just screams “privacy” to me. It wouldn’t matter if you’re the server owner or not as theoretically; anyone could create a private server & use this ban history on there to see all of your previous bans.
