In-Game Answer Call Hotkey

This current answer call hotkey only seems to work when you have discord focused on your screen. If you are in a game it doesn't seem to do anything, and we have to tab out to answer.

It would be awesome if we could upgrade the hotkey to work in game or a button added to the overlay. Anything that worked in-game so it could be done quickly, especially if we are in the middle of a match we can't pause. Those are the worst because you are stuck listening to it ring until you get a chance to break away.
