[Feature Request] Theming and Text Options

This is the last one out of me. Given Discord uses a web-powered UI even for all standalone builds of the client, I honestly expect this to be the easiest feature request/suggestion of mine to implement.

• Allow users to change the color of text. Let them choose general UI default text color, cha window default text color, and use a color for their own text versus others in the window.
• Allow users to customize the palette for the UI elements and text fields/panels/chat windows.
• Allow users to skin discord with background graphics for chat windows, server channel lists etc. Allow server owners to skin their servers globally in this way. You can offer animated ones for Nitro users. You can offer paid and free themes, as well as let people make their own.
