Trust and Safety's poor quality

Last month, my account along with at least 200 other people were falsely banned as part of two server's blanket ban over harassing and cyberbullying. I've shown proof that I've never done anything to harass/cyberbully a person or group of people and even reporting multiple harassers myself with the logic that "you should be able to take what you give" and they have not told me anything other than the same "We’ve reviewed and have confirmed this violation, and we will not be reinstating your account." response.

I've had that account since late 2017 and I've made many friends along the way along with memories of people who are sadly no longer with me, and that account will be forever gone sometime around New Year's Eve. It's disappointing that after almost 30 emails requesting to view my evidence and even asking for evidence, I have never gotten any serious answers or any reason to have hope in Discord and any of their user service teams
