discord keeps turning off start minimised

when discord is starting up it always opens the window. every time i set "start minimised" to on but it refuses to do that and when i reboot and login, it turns it back off. how do i fix it?

windows 10 version 1909 [home]

  I changed my mind and I’m going to use the web version since i don’t use discord desktop often.
