Support for Chromium Portals

Currently, the only way to "embed" third party webpage content is to drop a link into a text-channel and the other users have to open it in their default browser by clicking on it.

Chromium (what the Discord Client is based on) already supports a technology called "Portals", what allows to view a website as an embed and then resizing without the need to do a full page reload.
Something like this should be implemented in the Discord Client to make the transition from a link to a third party website more fluent.
