Friend Username retrieval

I had a fight with one of my discord friends and I've deleted them from my discord, I can only remember their username but not their tag, and I know they are the only one who have that ID, I was hoping there would be a way to reconnect with them one more time, I've been trying endlessly to come up with tags but to no avail. Can anyone help me in this please
