Suggestion for work flow improvement: Favourite List / DnD mode

The concept:

A favourite list, while status is set to Busy.

Similar to a phone's DnD mode - silencing all DM's/notifications except those tagged/listed - ICE- Incase of Emergency/work related/priorities?

Option: Add hide-all DM's that stack, or archive for the moment, those which may not be a priority... OR activates when in busy mode (or new/custom status?)
