Don't Prompt To Add Bots As Friends

Do not prompt me to be friends when I open a DM with one. Bots cannot have friends, there is no point in showing it.

I'm here because my bug report was rejected. I'd also like to argue that prompting a user to take an action that does not exist is a bug, not a feature request.
