TOS Violation - not reaching the support team/ account getting soon banned

I’ve been trying to reach the Support 3 times now and only got the same bot response from Clyde. Also been trying to write discord via Twitter for days and still could not reach a human. I will write the old text here from my mails and really hope someone from the support team can help me out before my account gets deleted; Here is my last support Mail explaining the situation; Hello, I’ve been writing mails for the past week and only got the same automated response so far. I will be putting here the same message like I wrote last time and I would really appreciate a human looking over this and trying to help me out and understand the situation. (Old message;) Dear discord, My account has been disabled for a TOS violation. To be specific; malicious fraud and hacking. I wasn’t aware of any wrongdoings, I just was active in computer security discord’s and joined invites random members invited me to, to learn more. Now I probably think some of them were actual bots and invited me to a discord which now has been taken down. I was on a lot of computer security discord’s so I can’t be too specific, but that was probably the reason for my seemingly TOS violation. Even though I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Could you please enable my account so I don’t lose touch with my friends in the middle of the pandemic. In the future I will be more careful what discord’s I join and if I see something that goes into this direction I will report it immediately. I hope we can resolve this, Best wishes, Christopher :)

As frustrating as it is that Discord's staff members don't respond to appeals, I think it's also true that trying to form an appeal on Discord's community/forum website, or whatever this is called, doesn't exactly do anything to help. I don't know why things like this need to be difficult, especially because they're giving people a 14 day time limit to get their account recovered before it's gone forever. I'm sure Discord's staff team is large, and it's a bit sickening that they don't let any of them actually provide appeal support for people. I've even tried to bring this problem up to Discord's email address, but they said that they can't provide official support as to why they use bots, so I don't know how to get anywhere with this. I wish the best of luck to you though, cause a situation like this is way too tight. Plus, when I report people, that's the only situation in which I actually get human beings to respond. I know this comment isn't of much help, I just wanted to address that these things really are annoying, and it's worse that asking for account recovery on this website isn't exactly permitted/acknowledged.
