So for an example, let's say that you made a server and someone is underaged and you do not know about it. Do you have to ban the underage user from your server or do you just report them?

  Apparently, you're not required to ban them, but you should file a report to Discord. I think they'll be the ones to ban them/delete their account (or something lol) instead, I guess

  If you need to report an underage user, you will need to create a new request and fill it like this:

  1. Trust & Safety
  2. Report other issue
  3. Underage user

  Evidence will also have to be provide.

   

  It is complicated to really know the age of the users of a service such as discord.

  You are however free to bans any member of your guild if you feel that the user is under the required age.
