I've Been Locked Out of My Account Because of Phone Verification

So, I was going through my settings for the first time in a while, and I noticed that my phone number is attached to my Discord account. I don't want that (or didn't want that, until this happened) and I hit 'Remove'. When I did that, Discord said they detected suspicious activity and required me to verify my account via text message before continuing with the action. I verified my account via text message and then tried to remove my phone number again. Once again, Discord blocks me and says it has detected suspicious activity and asks me to verify via text again. I do that, only this time, when I input the text code, I receive an error message saying "This phone was recently used on another account", and the verification fails.

This seems like an error on Discord's part, but how do I resolve this? I've submitted a request, but no one is answering me. What's going on, and how long do I have to wait before I get back into my account?

    I'm facing the same issue but I was locked out after I sent a server invite to alot of my friends. It locked me out and I verified it through a phone number and it let me in. I removed it afterwards because I didn't want it to be attached and Discord locked me out again. I tried to verify it again and it said "this phone was recently used on another account" but it was the same account. I used the app and chrome to try it but it didn't work.

    I have submitted a request too but I got an automated email and it asked me to email back and I did. There's no reply.

    Did you resolve your issue. If yes, please help me.

    this happened to one of my friends, she send messages to all of her friends last night before she went to sleep. then it locks her out? she searched what happened and it said it was because of "messaging different people too fast" that triggered it. now she cant get back in because her phone number wont work. it says "already used on another account" when it was not. now she has to wait DAYS for the timeout thingy to finish.

    This is happening to me, I told em to give me proof of suspicious activity because it's bullshit all I did was try to add someone, that's not suspicious that's literally what the app was made for and now I can't do anything on it. I can't even make alts because they're immediately flagged for some reason this is so damn stupid.
