When a user boosts a server, their badge/permission should remain permanent to that account and to that server for the duration of the boost period. I accidentally left the server that I boosted (literally less than 48hrs after boosting it while cleaning up my servers list), when I returned my role/badge were gone. After speaking with support they are unable to reassign this role/badge.

When I pay for a service for a year, I expect to be able to use it for an entire year, this particular model is unacceptable.

    Aren't roles and badges the responsibility of the server admin and not discord?

     I agree that the boost system is deeply flawed (literally got banned today because of this), but your issue seems server-specific.

    I accidentally left, the server admin was unable to reassign the badge/role to me.

    If you have boosts on a server and leaves it, then you should have your boosts returned after 48h or so.

    I wish that was the case. Discord's support response was pay an additional $35/yr to boost it again. So basically I gave them free money and I dont get the perks of the service I paid for.
