Someone keeps joining me to random servers

Someone randomly joins me to a random server I did not want to be in! Well, It happens sometimes, my 3 discord accounts were disabled for Violation of TOS because of someone joining me random servers, I checked everything, changed every password, I changed everything, my discord is secured very well, no one has access to my discord, There are no authorized apps or something, I don't know what to do I cleared my pc, I even deleted many things, And still nothing, it still happens, after I'm joining to the server, there's no invite or a message, I would like to add that My discord keeps refreshing often, like every 5 mins when I'm trying to write something. I would like to add also that, someone is also joining the server, when I'm using discord at the moment, so uh. Also, I tried downloading a thing called krnl executor, ( It's for testing, executing scripts ) I'm dev so I need it. As I can see, it sometimes joins me to old krnl servers, but not often. I don't know what to do, SOmeone even bought 4 nitro as I had pinned credit card, It's unpinned now, Please help.
