SEND 2FA CODE USING EMAIL WHEN THE ACCOUNT FROM OLD PHONE LOCKED

This is why I submitting a request but I put here in feedback section. My friend's phone got restart and all of his data got lost especially his discord account with 2fa enabled the app was deleted too after the restart, his SMS 2fa is enabled but his number is lost before his phone restarted, I don't want to delete my server because his account has an ownership to my server because we have so many boost in my server and make new one again, this is the easiest but safer too, like if I'm login at this account..

it will appear the button under the "Login" button called "Send code via Email", if I tapped, it will send the code to the email I was try to login with it in 30 seconds, after the timer ends it will appear "Didn't get the code yet?" and tapped it, it will send again in 30 seconds while give a little tip "Check in your spam mail" (optional) to check it. Pls add this feature so my friend's account got back again and my server's ownership will still use again.
