Scam/DM bot countermeasures / Block DMing permissions of a role option

Please implement some way of a) Blocking a role from accessing the member list of a server b) Blocking a role from sending DMs to other people on a server These changes would help tremendously in countering bot accounts that join and start DMing stuff to everyone in a server.
